Residence permit in Ukraine for family reunification with relatives in Ukraine who have received a temporary residence permit is issued only with a D-15 visa
Citizens of visa-free countries with Ukraine, namely:
- Azerbaijanis,
- Armenians,
- Belarusians,
- Georgians,
- Moldovans,
- Russians,
- Uzbeks,
who are subject to the rule of visa-free entry and paperwork on the territory of Ukraine, should not receive a visa to Ukraine to obtain a temporary residence permit.
When applying for a residence permit in Ukraine, on the basis of family reunification with an expat, you need documents:
- original passport document,
- medical insurance policy for 1 year in Ukraine,
- documents confirming family ties with a family member who has a temporary residence permit.
Requirements for your passport document:
- Be valid for at least 1 year from the date of entry into Ukraine,
- Have at least 2 free pages,
- Issued for no more than 10 years.
