The terms of submission, consideration / assessment of documents, entrance examinations and enrollment of foreigners are established by the rules of admission to the Kyiv Medical University.

Autumn enrollment: Start – October 1, end of the academic year – August 1 of the following calendar year.

Spring enrollment: Start – February 1, holiday – from August 1 to Septembr 30, end of the academic year – January 31 of the following calendar year.

The study period at the Preparatory Faculty for foreign nationals who have come to study abroad in Ukraine is 10 months.

5-day working week training.

Based on the specifics of the preparatory faculty, the formation of groups of 8-14 students takes into account the language of study, the direction of preparation and, if possible, the country or region of arrival, religion and other wishes.

The training is provided by the lecturers who have the relevant qualification document (diploma of higher education, academic degree or a certificate confirming proficiency in a foreign language).

The educational process is carried out in the form of practical classes, laboratory and student’s independent work, control and examination measures.

Upon completion of the studies, the students take the exams, based on which they receive a Certificate of preparatory faculty completion
