When renting a commercial property, you will need to pay taxes:
For legal entities:
On the simplified taxation system in Ukraine
5% of monthly payment - corporate income tax;
3% + VAT on monthly payment - corporate income tax.
On the general taxation system in Ukraine
18% of the monthly payment - corporate income tax;
18% + VAT on monthly payment - corporate income tax.
For individuals entrepreneurs, citizens of Ukraine:
5% of the monthly payment - tax on the income of individual entrepreneurs.
For individuals, citizens of Ukraine and residents:
18% of the monthly payment - personal income tax;
1.5% of the monthly payment - military tax.
For non-resident individuals in Ukraine:
Foreign citizens non-residents in Ukraine cannot rent out real estate. To rent out, they must
transfer the real estate object to the management of a legal entity on the territory of Ukraine.
