Before the opening of ONESTEP Consulting, I already had 5 years of experience in the field of migration. I knew the answers to most of the questions clients asked me. But I understood that the needs of clients for immigration are much broader.
Each person, leaving abroad for temporary or permanent residence, is faced with many situations that he has to settle on the spot.

to book a hotel where you will be staying for the duration of your trip. If you are traveling for a long-term period, then renting an apartment or house for a comfortable stay.

the paperwork so that you can legally stay in the country. This can be a residence permit or extension of the period of stay in the country. It is important that this gives the result that you want to get. And of course, it was legal.
The third is
opening a bank account. The conditions for opening an account for local residents and foreign citizens are different.
And less obvious situations that appear when you already live in the country, and everything suits you:

I thought for a long time about how I want to see my company. I like helping people to take their first steps.

I realized that few people try to help their clients beyond what is written in the contract.
Most are guided by the terms of the contract, where the performer always wins. Every day, we all agree to an agreement in which we have no rights. In which we do not understand what is happening and rely on luck.
It seems to me that this is the wrong position. And she's definitely not helping the client.
I made a firm decision that yes, I have a vision and understanding of work in each of the areas of the company. I have specialists who are well suited to solving the assigned tasks. And we started a company.
My team and I sincerely want to help each person get the services they really need.
Terms are also always important.
If a client wants to go a long way towards his goal, because he believes that this can bring a positive result, but there is a similar solution with a shorter time frame, we will always tell him about it. This is an honest relationship.
The goal when working with people is to get results.
There is no point in protracted processes that can drag on indefinitely. This does not solve the client's problems.
